Confused, cyst causing rise in HCG?

Long story....
I had a mmc almost four weeks ago with a medicated miscarriage.
On 12/6 HCG was 51.
Yesterday morning I went to the Er with sudden pain and they found a 4cm cyst on my ovary with blood in my pelvis.
20/6 my HCG was 20.
The top test is on 20 June with fmu.
Second test is today, 21 June at 5pm

Does anyone has experience with cysts increasing your HCG. I'm confused and have to wait until Monday for a doctor's appointment
