Spotting 5-6 dpo- stopped 7 dpo-Cycle before IVF

Hello ladies,

So after 3 failed IUIs including a chemical, we are finally ready to start the IVF process. I will be starting stims on my next period which should be in about 9-10 days.

So here is the deal, I am currently 7dpo. I think this is my first real cycle since my chemical pregnancy which ended at the end of december. I typically have a pretty regular cycle. 28-29 days. This cycle, I had a peak Ovulation test CD 10 which is pretty early (I typically have my peak on the 12th day and ovulate the following day).

I also typically spot a few days before my period but Monday morning when I wiped, I had a tiny amount of very light pink blood. Tuesday morning also very tiny amount of spotting kinda rusty color. This morning nothing anymore...

I also had some cramping yesterday and ovary pain which I can still feel today. My question is, since it is my first real cycle since the chemical (Seems like I ovulated as well in January but I am not counting that month), could this be cause by in hormonal imbalanced since I had been on several hormones medication for the IUIs in october, november and december so my body would be used to taking meds and now im spotting because of this ?

I have never spotted so early after ovulation and I am worried this will mess my IVF (stims) cycle which is supposed to begin soon...

Do you have any idea what it could be? Has this ever happened to any of you before?
