Hi! Yes, this Thursday. I’ve just had a weird, deep achy lower abdomen all afternoon and evening. It now feels like when my period is heavy, yet there is nothing there.

Could it be a UTI? Sounds like to me. I had that during one of my pregnancies achy down there. Let your doc know but in mean time drink a lot of water to flush in case it is.

If not heavy (more like spotting) , monitor rest and stay off your feet. If it gets heavy go to ER. I've been pregnant 9 times and miscarried my first baby started with spotting then heavy bleeding and because I wasn't taking it easy I eventually miscarried. All my other 8 pregnancies I've spotted but knew to take easy and rested. Wishing you all the best dear
