Bactrim during pregnancy

I have been taking Bactrim for 2 days and just found out I’m pregnant. I ovulated 13 days ago so i am 3-4 weeks. Bactrim is known to cause birth defects like spinal bifida. Has anyone used Bactrim at this time and had a healthy baby?
