10DPO Symptoms

Has anyone had a tender belly button before they received a BFP? I took a test this morning and it was stark negative. My belly button has been tender to the touch for two days and my nipples are at attention without being cold. When they are really hard they are super sensitive. My BBs have had moments where they were tender, but it went away.

lol, I have never heard of a tender belly button as a sign of early pregnancy but you never know

I never had a tender belly as an early pregnancy sign, I've felt more of a pinching/pulling feeling before I got a BFP. I'm currently 11 dpo and have very tender breasts, took at test that was BFN too. Now the waiting continues
