Period pains 8 days before period due .

I've been having period like pains for a few days now. All across rather then on sides.. its not as bad as period pains but a little similar I also have been feeling a little sick. I know it's not pregnancy related as it's to early ect but was wondering if anyone had any ideas why? Or any advise this doesn't normally happen ?

Nausea is common in the luteal phase due to the progesterone. The cramping could be literally anything. It could be that something you’ve eaten has unsettled your digestive system, ‘implantation’ (which I would take with a pinch of salt that you can feel anything that microscopic) or just cramping because it just wants to.
