IS THIS REAL? AM I DREAMING?

First off I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD EVER GET TO WRITE THIS

My husband had Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma.. He is now in year 2 remission... anyway we were told that we had a 1 in 10,000,000 chance to conceive naturally after the chemo my husband took. That one percent chance gave us hope and we have prayed so hard for 2 years we prayed, prayed, and begged God. I was a smoker (gross,eww, I know)

AFTER OVULATION:
felt like it was another let down month

8dpo- exhausted, bloated, gassy
9dpo- I went to smoke and I threw up, bloated,gassy, so thirsty, and exhaustion is real
10dpo- Took a test internet cheapie.set my alarm 10min later came back expecting to see BFN it was faint positive
11dpo- Took first Response positive immediately

12 dpo A TOTAL OF 12 POSITIVE DIGI'S, FIRST RESPONSE'S, ALL DIFFERENT BRANDS
HOW CAN THIS BE, IS THIS REAL???

Now I am 4 weeks 6 days and my experience is this:

Nauseated
Thirsty all day
hungry
bloated beyond belief
gassy
so tired
cant sleep at night
peeing so much more
cramping has now diminished
breast are sore, like DEAR LORD SORE
emotional

GOD CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS. WE TRIED FOR 2 YEARS AND I am still in shock and im scared. I am terrified that something will happen to my miracle!!!
