Trying other options

Since my last post I have started to take Vitex twice daily. I don't want to try any options with hormones. My gyn have been trying to push birth control pills on me to help with regulating my period. I've told her multiple time I don't want hormones at all any more and my husband has agree that I should stay away from it. My cycles have been really wacky since stopping depo. So far I have been on it for a month now. Hopefully this will help my period go back to normal. That's the first step to conceiving. Wish me luck
