3DPO
I did t25 cardio yesterday and it was awesome. And then i went for a 1 mile walk just taking in the fresh air. Then i meditating for about 10-15 minutes that was awesome also. I'm just trying to gain a better sense of peace withing myself. I'm still taking my prenatal vitamins and i've been drinking green tea daily. Trying to keep this uterus warm and comfy. I have no idea what is going on inside of me lol. But i know i've been having like slight discomfort nothing too intense. I barely notice it if i keep busy. But I have approximately 11 days until AF is suppose to come. So I guess we'll see if she drops by or misses her flight lol. Will keep everyone posted on my progress.
