Implantation bleeding?

I had some cramping today on mostly my left side, but thought it was period cramps and I was out. I went to the bathroom and had EWCM streaked with blood. I wiped twice though and it was gone. I still thought that it was my period starting early so I put a liner on. I've gone to the bathroom a couple times since then and nothing...and my cramps are gone. Is it implantation bleeding? Do I have a hope left?

I've read about it being related to ovulation, but then I had it in early pregnancy and was told (by doctor) it was implantation bleeding. So maybe it is... I've read other stories about implantation bleeding looking like that on Google, but who knows really. Good luck :)
