If u post this in the Q&A section and u may get more replies. Some ppl dont read or write journals...some dont visit Q&A either so u could even post in the forums.

I tried maca lastyr. I bought some of the powder and made my own capsules (much cheaper than buying already made caps...in Canada anyways). I took 'em for 3-4 months and saw no difference. Idk if they just didnt work for me or if I was taking so many supps that I didnt notice, but they did nothing, so I stopped. Why are u taking them? Overall fertility or are u trying to straighten out ur cycles/O? Hopefully u get good results! =))

I am taking them mainly to straighten out my cycles, but it helps with fertility too awesome!
