Ttc after a chemical pregnancy

Hi we have been ttc for over a year now and finally got a bfp April 4th 2014 I was 9 dpo so went to the doc for blood work to confirm wich it did but it was low only a 6 that was a couple days after finding out unfortunley we miscarried April 11th 2014 my I went in for blood work Monday and my hcg was at 0 doc said we could start ttc ASAP that we had a cp and to count the 1st day I started spotting as my af so today I am on Cd 25 of a 28 day cycle and got a super faint bfp yesterday morring here are my symptoms praying it's real and it sticks

9dpo = slight cramping tired can't sleep at night hartburn cervix is high soft and closed and no cm unless I check my cp wich all my cycles until the cp I always had cm after ovulation tmi and I would get ewcm a day before af increased appitte that's about it boobs slightly sore.
