25 dpo and going crazy!

I'm going to go crazy before this is over! I'm cd40 and 25dpo. I have NEVER been this late! I had some very light brown spotting yesterday and today with some mild cramps. I took a hpt yesterday which was negative and had a negative bhcg on Wednesday. I just feel pregnant! I haven't been able to sleep for over a week and have had a back ache for about two weeks. We go for fertility testing on the 18th and I was so hoping that it wouldn't come to that. Here's praying this is the month!!
