Go Forth and Get Pregnant

That's what my gyno said as I left her office today. Now that is one doctor's advice I would love to follow. Got married in September and stopped my birth control the end of December. Didn't have a period in Jan or Feb, but have been seemingly regular since March. Last month I used an ovulation kit and we did it on the "high fertility" and "peak", which were day 12 and 13. I was out of town the evening of day 13 and day 14. I tested on day 15 with no results so I am assuming I ovulation on day 14...but don't really know.

Now I'm on cycle day 14 of my second month of trying and have had no indicators from my ovulation test. My gyno said it should be in the next day or two...so I guess I'll keep testing. She said if I'm not pregnant by August we will do a work-up to make sure everything is okay. Apparently when you're going to be turning 33 and your husband 39, they don't make you wait the proverbial 1 year, which is okay with me!
