New Cycle Methods
1. clearblue fertility monitor - which i started using yesterday, but i don't test till af goes away.
2. softcups- to use after bd
3. folic acid like i have been for 3 months
4. I'm going to quite smoking when af leaves hahaha (that's going to be the hard part)
5. bottle water everyday helps
6. fitness zumba 3-4 times a week just for my cardio no weight loss needed at 115.
So I hope it happens this time because we are are about 6 months ttc and July will make a year. DH wont like it but after a year we got to see a specialist. Its just weird for me. All my friends younger and older have kids. I'm the only one who doesn't but i have a husband and money coming in and everything needed unlike some of my friends. How did they get lucky and not me and husband... That is why I'm putting everything into this.
