I know...I think...or I don't

I have this exhaustion.Not a tiredness but a feeling in my bones that makes my arms and legs feel heavy.I want to sleep and eat.I want lots of hot sauce,on macaroni and cheese.
I have felt gurgling ,bubbling,tingling in my pelvis,pain in my back and sides.I feel like a band is around my mid section.
I have taken those dang pee tests and gotten negatives.This is about 10dpo and this site says one would probably get a false negative at this point because it is so early.
*sigh*
Praying so hard that I get a BFP soon.
Please Jesus???
