Am I pregnant

My last period started on 2nd april .according to last period date is 27 28 april

i feeling like stomach pain slowly and hungry all the time ,having white discharge little also . Feel something coming from uterus all the time.

Most important ,when i cooked food and keep standing for 1 hour feel backache badly

So this the early pregnancy symptoms
