17dpo CD29...no AF and BFN

So today I am on CD29 and 17dpo. We DTD loads this cycle especially around ovulation. Sometimes once a day sometimes twice a day.

This is my 5th cycle ttc I think. Having come iff BC before that I had regular 28 day cycles. Since coming off BC I have had a 34, 36 and 40 day cycles.

I have had acupuncture to help make my cycles more regular. Last week I thought I felt a little like AF was on her way. I even had brown and pink cm, pains but I was also very gassy, bloated, have veiny bbs and a lottle nauseous the past few days. I don't know what is going on and it is very frustrating.

Has anyone had any similar experiences and had a success story? Maybe I am having another super long cycle but at this stage a hpt should show a BFP if I was pg.
