Was this a complete m/c or was I potentially carrying twins & one expelled? Please help with thi
Transvaginal u/s Interpretation: number of fetuses-1, aborta-1, ectopic-n/a, 4 pregnancies noted as current, Para -2 (meaning 2 live births) 4wks 4d, cervix length long & closed 3.88, endometrium measured 4mm thick, Adnexa long, 3cm cyst rt ovary, lft ovary hidden, ovary long rt. Need help with interpretation please!! I wish I could show the images but there is a lot of little grape-like circles, and color throughout certain areas.... No save found, bled that day with blood clots and grey matter tissue not large. I also have a bicornuate/complete septated uterus as well.
