Endometrin and spotting

I just got a BFP two days ago, and my doctor put me on Endometrin yesterday. Today I had some light pink spotting, and I am wondering it that has to do with the Endomtrin. I have a call into the doctors office, but I would love to hear if anyone else has experienced this before.

I have heard it is quite common, but it could also be implantation spotting.
