Might be TMI, but please help.

I have quite a few pregnancy symptoms with no sign of AF but also no BFP. I've been feeling sick and a bit dizzy on and off today. Me and my partner had sex this evening and now I have this ache/cramp in my lower stomach like period pain but different. Is this a pregnancy thing? Should I be concerned?

When is your expected period? If it's nowhere near then that could explain the bfn, maybe too early to tell.
