Am I crazy.. early pregnancy symptoms

So we have been ttc for over a year ive had one miscarriage in August last year, then surgery for cyst removal and endometriosis 2nd Dec, Doctor gave me the ok to start trying again, based on my period tracker I am DPO 4 today. I have very sensitive nipples, bad nausea ( horrible nausea but no throwing up) yucky metallic taste in my mouth, heightened smells and lost of cramps, really achy hips and lower back pain and well I really just feel pregnant I cant explain it... took a pregnancy test this morning came out negative but I know its a bit too early to test.. help what do you think?
