Ovulation usually occurs 12-48 hours after a positive OPK. The "normal" luteal phase length is 14 days although it's possible to have a luteal phase that is either shorter, or longer; up till 16 days long.

Basically, unless you know when you ovulated and what your luteal phase length is then you can't know with 100% certainty when AF will show up. For conservative testing purposes I'd assume you ovulated 48 hours after your positive OPK and that you have a luteal phase length of 14 days.

Or, ya know, hopefully AF doesn't show because you get your BFP. :) Wishing you the best.
