Question

Can you see changes in your body before the test comes out positive?

My breasts have been very tender, the nipples like little needle pricks and they've had a swollen feeling to them yesterday I noticed I went up a whole size they're way bigger than they've ever been before, and I have been exhausted the past few days.. I took a test yesterday and it came up negative also on my schedule it was too soon to take the test anyways. Is there any way that my body is changing because of pregnancy but it won't show up as positive quite yet or are these changes unrelated.

It is possible. I didn't test positive until 11 dpo and before that I noticed that my nipples that are usually pale were more red/pink.
