Nipple discharge, could I be pregnant?

Okay, so I started a cycle on the 31st of July, average cycle is around 31 days..
I think I ovulated on the 17th of August.. had two positive hpt, went for bloods on the 1st Sept they came back negative the next day, and I got my period.
I now have my next period started on Wednesday the 1st Oct. Normal the first day then light and its just brown discharge now 4days later.
What is concerning me is my partner squeezed my breasts this morning and milky discharge came out of both nipples..
Could my pregnancy levels have been too low to pick up when I had bloods done? could I be pregnant and how far along would I be?
I know some woman bleed throughout their pregnancy so im just curious. .
And the discharge thing has never happened before!

Im 34 weeks pregnant and still have had no discharge even when i squeeze, they say some women start producing colostrum as early as 16 weeks, so i doubt what you are experiencing is pregnancy related, have you tested again to be sure?

Do another pregnancy test. You can get discharge and not be pregnant though, it can be caused by high prolactin levels but you would need to go see a doctor to prove that. It is more common if you have had a baby before and squeezing them can just make the problem worse
