Is my chart triphasic??

Hi ladies please could someone take a look at my chart and tell me whether it's triphasic or not I'm soo confused

No, it's not.

A triphasic chart means that your post-O temperatures have a second thermal shift - usually 7 to 10 days after ovulation. If the temp now spiked above 98.1 and remained higher, then it would be triphasic.

Also, if you look at my chart, you can clearly see the second thermal shift.
Your BBT looks promising, though; it's still very high above the coverline. :)

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. My temp spiked this morning to 98.06 so let's hope it goes higher tomorrow thank you
