It is different for each person, depends a lot how how you carry, your body structure, your current weight and physique. With my first daughter, I didn't show at all until about 6 months. With my second, I had a little bulge already at 9 weeks.

I started showing around 4 months will all 5 of my pregnancies. Depends mostly I think on how strong your stomach muscles are.

Everyone is different for sure. I started showing with my fist just after the first trimester, so it was around 14 weeks.
