Are you using your first mornings urine for your own testing? Do NOT use it if you are. You get false positives. You need to use your second mornings. If you using a legit urine sample and it's stressing coming up positive it could be that either you're pregnant (opks can be positive if you have enough hcg in your urine) or you misread the first test and your actually ovulating now.
