Is this implantation?

I am 9 dpo and this morning when I whipped I noticed the smallest little speck of bright red blood. I'm talking the size of a pencil tip.

Mild cramping all morning, still happening.

Now about 12:30 pm, I noticed creamy yellowish tinted cm. I really don't think its an infection, theirs no other signs of infection.

Could this be implantation?
