Day 3 Blood test reveals Estrodial of 1200??

Hi all, I had my first iui last cycle and got a BFN. Had a blood test to confirm on 13 DPO. I stopped taking progesterone and started period 3 days later. I was hoping to try again this cycle, but my Day 3 blood test revealed that my Estrogen level was over 1200 already! The Dr. says this is rare, but that I'm probably ovulating very early and there is not enough time to prep sample for an iui, so I have to skip this round. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm so disappointed.....
