Anyone else this happen to???

Ok so has anyone else had a blood test taken before their period came and it was negative then they ended up doing it to early and found out later u really were preggo u just did it too early???? I have until may 14 for my AF and I'm impatient and can't wait so went to get a blood test and its neg. but was told it still might be too early???? Please lemme hear ur story if urs is the same!!! I just no I'm preggo but all test say negative.
