Alcohol in week 3

I have a strong suspicion that I am pregnant - if this is true, that is awesome!!! However, I had a miscarriage at the beginning of this month and had no confidence in the fact that I might get pregnant again so soon... so I have been drinking alcohol... It's my boyfriends birthday you see and we have had a couple of sessions. :-(
Does anyone know if I have done some damage inadvertently? I couldn't bear it if I had my third miscarriage... I'm sure this happens to plenty of people... I just want to hear a positive outcome. Thanks... x x x x
