BBT Timing.

I take my temperature at 7:50 am, on today I woke up at 4:50 and then went back to sleep. Will I still get an accurate read at 7:50?

Likely. If you didn't get up and move about your temp is probably accurate. But don't worry too much, no ones chart is really two flat plateaus, life is more messy than that. Just do the best you can and see if you can decipher an o date out of the slightly erratic (real life) data.
