To test or not to test!

I had my last period Oct 31st I started an ovulation kit day 10 I had sex every other day including consecutive days up until ovulation on the 29th (day 20) that I received a positive ovulation test..the day after ovulation test was neg..here I sit with sore breast and exhausted..Just need support or helpful advice..
