This is my first pregnancy, so I don't really know how to answer your question because I have no other children, but all the ladies on the other site are currently pregnant or post partum so they should be able to help you too:-)

I would tell them just like you would tell everyone else. If you are worried about the pregnancy sticking, wait until the 3rd month to say anything, because explaining that it is no longer happening would be difficult. If that isn't a worry, I would tell them immediately, so they have time to get excited and really let it sink in before it becomes real. Congratulations, and good luck.
