hi there. My partner is a diabetic and always has dry orgasms it is known as retrograde ejaculation which is wen the sperm/fluid goes backwards into the bladder instead of comin out the penis. We read that if he took sudafed before sex it would reverse this and he would ejaculate. It worked for us and we now have a 10 week old baby boy.
