I am 19 days late and i have done a pregnancy test but was negative i don't feel different i am just tired all the time... Not sure on what to do should i just wait until AF arrives

Are you able to make a doctors appointment? If its possible for you, then you could request a blood test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not, and if you aren't pregnant the doctor might be able to help you figure out where your ovulation is and what is going on with your cycle. Definitely get a blood test. This happened to me 4 years ago. Both the pharmacy and doctors tests came back negative. I knew I was pregnant and demanded a blood test which came back positive! Best wishes
