Yes the sloshing in my tummy makes it worse too. I drink a little at a time. BTW if you go on countdownmypregnancy.com they have lots of good q&a. I'm on there same name

I do the same to. It's just so hard to not drink it like I did before. When I get the I'm super thirsty feeling I forget I can't chug it like I used to and then it's like why did I just do that? and lately drinking it in general nauseate's me its so weird

i could not drink water with none of my pregnancies at all. i had to substitute with other things like milk juice tea etc to stay hydrated. some women cant drink water plain. try to flavor it, and see what happens, or drink like spring water. anything as long as you are staying hydrated and is healthy for you.

thanks a member. Yeah I'm trying those calorie/sugar free packets they have to flavor your water. So far it seems to be ok
