Thanks for all your positive thoughts ladies. I have an appointment with my reg. dr at 3:30 as my specialist is on vacation until the 27th! My reg dr doesn't understand why I want a blood test but I want one so she can monitor my HCG levels right? Should I ask for another next week? How does that work?

moconnor: most dr. take an hcg one week then another one a week later to make sure it is doubling like it is suppose to : at least that is what I have been told but maybe not all dr.s do that... I would want it doen though just to make sure. Some dr. offices won't even see you until 8 weeks along; eventhough I think that is crazy!
