day 2 after ovulation I got sore puffy and errect nipples and still now 4 days after they are still like this. Could this mean pregnancy

I think I ovulated on saturday and now since monday my nipples seem puffy and sore and are always errect. Could this be a symptom

I get sore nips after ov ob some cycles which gradually lessens then the witch comes xx
