A Few Good Follicles

I had my follicle ultrasound today. My lining looked good for this point in my cycle, so they aren’t concerned about it now. It’s 12 mm thick and looks healthy. I have an 14 mm follicle on the left and an 18 mm follicle on the right and my estrogen level is 188, so it’s rising. They want me to wait until tomorrow night and then do the trigger shot of HCG. I’m excited and anxious. According to the nurse, the trigger show will support and enhance ovulation. My friend jokingly likened it to speed for eggs!

It’s nice to be trying something new, giving myself a new kind of chance. I know that by the end of my TWW, I’m going to be very hopeful. I’m secretly planning to take a HPT soon after the shot, just for the fun of seeing two pink lines! I’ve toyed with the idea of taking a red sharpie to my BFNs before LOL!

I’m also trying to get back into working out. It’s hard to stay motivated, I lost my focus on getting healthier after my miscarriage last summer. I have some friends that will be encouraging me, so I hope that will help!
