What's going on??

My lmp was Oct 8th. I THINK ovulation was around the 22nd-24th and at that time I had sex. Oct 29th-Nov1st I had some spotting. Never RED more brown, didn't end up on a pad that I wore 1 day and only saw mucousy red on tp. Now here we are 37th day of cycle and no AF!! I took a HPT this past Friday and it was BFN. I didn't think it was too early to test and it unfortunately wasn't my morning urine. So now what??? I'm having some symptoms like breast tingling (not tenderness though and they're not feeling full), I've been very sick...in and out of the bathroom even with diarrhea one day. So now it's a waiting game to see if AF will show and if not wait to take another test. I've NEVER been this late in the last 6+ months that I've been on my bc pills. I've been able to track my cycle hence why I KNOW I'm late and confused as to why.
