Weird bleeding and weird symptoms! PCOS unsure of DPO!!!!!HELP!!!!

So for the past week-ish I've had some strange brown spotting. It's a lot, but not enough for me to use an actual pad. I use a pantyliner. About 4 days ago I had A LOT of clear CM with flecks of BRIGHT red when I wiped..It hasn't happened again since then. Then about two days ago I experience when had felt like AF started, went to the restroom to check and had about a silver dollar size spot of DARK red blood, it was a burgundy color.

I've had some strange fluttering feeling in my lower abdomen (gas maybe?), pulling in my lower abdomen, light BBS soreness here and there, light headedness, dizziness, nausea/heartburn/acid reflux late at night before I go to bed, insomnia, and strangely enough I tried donating blood today and my pulse was ABNORMALLY high .. It persisted to increase as the day went on, so I got deferred. I'm usually at around 81-85 but it went up to 110 today!
I took a FRER today at around 630 PM out of curiosity and I got the faintest of faint line.. Is this it?:D
