Hi, I have used the baby aspirin during my time ttc, this time however because I've graduated to IVF I'm using injectable clexane (similar purpose). I definately found the baby aspirin helpful at a time when my uterine lining was thinner than optimal. I used the baby aspirin and it was measuring perfectly within two months which assists with implantation. I can think of no reason not to use it, it can only help. I hope this is helpful xo
