19 days late

hey ladies. i'm 19 days late, i had mostly all (-) in my pregnancy tests, i had one positive. i went to the doctors and she told me it was neg. so shes making me a do a blood test. well just now when i went to the bathroom i had some spotting, only when i wiped tho. what do you think i should do? i'm on antidepressants so at first i thought it was just that. i guess i'll go do the blood work. tell me if you ladies had any problems like this!
