Miscarriage/Ectopic pregnancy... Help

Me and my OH have being ttc for 2 years now and back in September we found out we were pregnant. Turns out I was having an ectopic pregnancy but I didn’t have to have treatment because the baby passed away on its own which allowed it to be as natural as possible. Since then I have come on my period every 2 weeks and I’m testing my ovulation and it’s says I’m ovulating the day after my period. Is this normal and when should my periods roughly regulate... any ideas would be great. Thanks
