Hpt & protein with prolonged spotting

Hey yall,
i took two hpt and they both came back postive on dec 1 but i had a smoothie with protein shot. I have been spotting since the 9th of nov so I was surpised when i seen not 1 but 2 bfps. I have taken four hpts sonce then 2 dollarstore cheepies and 2 frer test n they all came back with a bfn so im not sure if the protein caused the fp or if i actually concieved?
