10 DAYS PAST OVULATION

Im on third cycle of Fertomid 50mg, previous months I experienced PMS two weeks before AF can showup. I also had AF like cramps as well my doctor said it was due to Fertomid. My confusion now is im expecting AF in 5 days time but there is nothing, no signs I normally had ( PMS and Cramps- two weeks b4) - this is so confusing, can someone tell me why is this happening

My egg count level was 0 August, 6.1 September, 19.1 October , I took bloods this Tuesday awaiting results to see if it has escalated again. the doctor told me I should be on 30 before I can be pregnant.
