Transvaginal Ultrasound

Hi Ladies!

TTC for 4 months now ,I ovulate at different times for each cycle. This current Cycle started on 30th October - I am usually a 28-30 day cycle. I went to the gynecologist on the 15th Nov ( Cycle day 17 ) for my annual check up. She did a Transvaginal Ultrasound, and was very excited to see a perfectly big round ovum with a big white ring around it.

She kept smiling but didn't give much away. She said I should go home and have sex that evening. She also asked me if I was having any bleeding, which I wasn't, so I said no, and she replied "Good"

I also got thrush the day before the appointment, which is the first time in my life, and my diet hasn't changed or anything. I didnt get a chance to ask her many questions as she had to rush off to deliver a baby.
1. Was that Big large Ovum a sign of me ovulating?
2. Could it be that I had already conceived?
3. Has anyone had Thrush as a early symptom?
4. Are eggs that have ruptured still big and round?
