10 days in row positive clearblue ovulation test, and negative pregnancy test ?

Hello, I am trying to have a baby with my fiance. He bought me the clearblue ovulation test, And it shows the smiley face for 10 days. I feel weird for a few days, like cramps, tiredness. I also did pregnancy test which are all negative. But maybe it is too early as I should have my period the 28Th.
1- Is it too early doing a pregnancy test 8 days before or not?
I made some research online and I ve seen that maybe the ovulation test can detect pregnancy earlier then the pregnancy test.
2- Is it true?
